The Cuatro Vientos Theater Collective was founded in 2015 in Santiago of Chile, for the need to create and investigate  the theater of puppets and objects.

Promote respect, dissemination and recognition of the original peoples of Chile, through a transforming and formative process of values, in which children, youth and adults protect and defend ancestral cultures, through theater.

The "El Viaje de Alí" first production of Colectivo Cuatro Vientos which begins a process of creation and research in object theater and puppets, seeking to promote, disseminate, share and value the Aymara culture

Nomads of the Sea

Nómades del Mar is the second play by the Cuatro Vientos Theater Collective that seeks to disseminate, share  and value the "Kawésqar" culture as part of the intangible heritage of Chile, promoting respect and recognition of ancestral cultures through  of the theater.

Jekstáste: The time of flowers

Jekstáste: El tiempo de las flores, is a puppet video based on the lives of the characters in the play "Nómades del Mar", by the Cuatro Vientos collective, as a spin-off.

Creation and Preparation

The Collective, designers and creator of the puppet, seeks to experiment and capture, in all its works, a construction technique of papier-mâché on the body and cartapesta on the head of the puppet.
